...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of east central Tulsa
County through 515 PM CDT...

At 448 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm 3 miles
northeast of Tulsa. This storm was nearly stationary.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.
