* At 10:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 18.6 feet.
* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is near crest and is expected to fall below 
  flood stage this afternoon. The river will continue falling to 10 
  feet by early Friday morning.
* Impact...At 18.0 feet, minor lowland flooding occurs.
