* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northeastern Muskogee County in east central Oklahoma...
  Southeastern Wagoner County in northeastern Oklahoma...

* Until 615 AM CDT.

* At 304 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated 
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 
  2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 
  1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Rainfall rates of 1 
  to 2 inches per hour will be common in the warning area with rates 
  possibly exceeding 3 inches per hour at times. Flash flooding is 
  ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
