  Southeastern Tulsa County in northeastern Oklahoma...

* Until 245 AM CDT.

* At 1141 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a nearly stationary 
  thunderstorm producing heavy rain over southern Tulsa county near 
  Bixby. Water was reported over the road at Memorial and 121st St. 
  Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. The expected 
  rainfall rate is 1.5 to 3 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is 
  already occurring.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is 
  already occurring.
