* At 618 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain
have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing across southeast Pushmataha
and eastern Choctaw counties with several secondary roads likely
impassable due to high water.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
