PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* From this afternoon until further notice.
* At 11:30 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 11.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this
afternoon and continue rising to a crest of 17.6 feet tomorrow
morning.
* Impact...At 18.0 feet, Flood waters cross Plantation Lane in
several places isolating many residences. Hinote Road is flooded
more than one half mile south of the bridge, restricting access to
flooded residences on Dallas Drive.
