  Holmes County in the panhandle of Florida...
  Jackson County in the panhandle of Florida...
  Walton County in the panhandle of Florida...
  Northeastern Washington County in the panhandle of Florida...

* Until 345 PM CDT.

* At 1234 PM CDT, Local law enforcement reported thunderstorms 
  producing heavy rain. Several roads in northern Walton County are 
  impassible due to flash flooding. Flash flooding is ongoing or 
  expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Law enforcement.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Bonifay, Chipley, Graceville, Union, Liberty, Paxton, Caryville, 
  Esto, Westville, Campbellton, Noma, Izagora, Gritney, Baker 
  Settlement, Cerrogordo, Barker Store, New Hope, Hickory Hill, 
  Prosperity and Arrant Settlement.

Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the 
warned area.

HOLMES, JACKSON, WALTON AND NORTHEASTERN WASHINGTON COUNTIES...

The heavy rain has ended. Additional flash flooding is not expected 
to pose a threat. However, a Flood Warning remains in effect for the 
Shoal River near Mossy Head in Walton County. Please continue to 
heed remaining road closures.

A Flash Flood Watch remains in effect until 100 AM CDT Sunday for 
portions of southeast Alabama...Panhandle Florida and Georgia.
