Southeastern Bay County in the panhandle of Florida...
* Until 845 AM CDT.
* At 534 AM CDT, Gauge reports indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Downstream rainfall amounts
over 1.5 inches in 15 minutes are occuring. Additional rainfall
amounts of 2 to 4 inches are possible in the warned area. Life
threatening flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
producing flash flooding.
