  have fallen in the last 2 Hours. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 
  to 4 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is 
  ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

At 442 PM EDT, Heavy rainfall was ending across Colquitt County.

area before the rain comes to an end. Flash flooding is ongoing 
across Southern Colquitt County. Water has flooded portions of Lee 
Lewis Road.
