  Northeastern Tom Green County in west central Texas...

* Until 445 PM CDT.

* At 136 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly. There is already flash flooding on College Hills in San 
  Angelo. An additional 1 to 2 inches of rain is possible through 
  445 PM CDT.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

inches are likely in the warned area as more thunderstorms move 
across San Angelo. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
shortly.
