  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.

At 727 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Dalby Springs, or 14 miles southwest of New Boston,
moving northeast at 65 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
northwestern Cass, southwestern Bowie, northern Morris, northeastern
Titus and southeastern Red River Counties.
