* At 1124 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing both
  tornadoes and extensive straight line wind damage were located near
  Foreman, moving east at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* These dangerous storms will be near...
  Ashdown, Wilton and Richmond around 1135 PM CDT.
  Ogden around 1145 PM CDT.

Richmond, or near Ashdown, moving east at 55 mph.

Ashdown, moving east at 60 mph.

         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
southeastern Little River County, including the following
locations... Millwood, Pine Prairie and Red Bluff.
