* At 919 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain will continue moving into the warned area. Flash 
  flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Doppler radar.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
           drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Tyler, Jacksonville, Whitehouse, Rusk, Lindale, Bullard, Troup, 
  Alto, Arp, Wells, Mixon, Mount Selman, Reese, Ponta, Maydelle,

* Until 500 AM CDT.

* At 1202 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated 
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 
  2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen earlier this afternoon through 
  this evening, with isolated higher amounts near 5 inches measured 
  in Southwestern Smith County near Lake Palestine. Flash flooding 
  is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Doppler radar and automated gauges.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
           drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
