* Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will rise to 24.5 feet this evening. It will
then fall to 22.5 feet and begin rising again tomorrow morning. It
will rise to 24.5 feet early Wednesday morning. It will then fall
below flood stage Wednesday afternoon.
* Impact...At 25.0 feet, farmland at the gage site becomes covered
by flood waters, and Highway 31, east of town becomes flooded.
Highway 31, four miles west of Fulton has flood waters four to six
feet in depth.

the Little Osage River at Fulton.
* Until late Wednesday night.
* At 9:16 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 21.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage this afternoon to
22.5 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just
after midnight tonight to 20.8 feet and begin rising again early
tomorrow afternoon. It will rise to 21.6 feet early Thursday
morning. It will then fall again and remain below flood stage.
* Impact...At 22.0 feet, minor flooding begins at the gage site.
Flood waters mainly affect farmland along the Little Osage River
Basin between the gage site and Highway 31 west of Fulton.

to 16.4 feet and then begin rising early tomorrow afternoon. It
will then rise again to 19.3 feet early Thursday morning. It will
fall to 10.8 feet and then begin rising early Friday afternoon. It
will then rise again to 11.1 feet early Saturday morning. It will
fall again and remain below flood stage.
* Impact...At 22.0 feet, minor flooding begins at the gage site.
Flood waters mainly affect farmland along the Little Osage River
Basin between the gage site and Highway 31 west of Fulton.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 22.7
