flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive 
cars through flooded areas.

* At 2:45 PM CST Tuesday the stage was 20.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending 
  at 2:45 PM CST Tuesday was 20.1 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 20.2 feet 
  this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after 
  midnight tonight.
* Impact...At 20.0 feet, minor flooding occurs near the gage site 
  and affects low lying areas along the river.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 20.3 
  feet on 08/24/2017.
