.Heavy rainfall occurred over the Missouri Ozarks yesterday and has 
led to river level rises above flood stage. Details are included 
below.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
