have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin

EVENING FOR SOUTHERN BENTON, SOUTHWESTERN CAMDEN, HICKORY AND EAST
CENTRAL ST. CLAIR COUNTIES...
At 754 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated that the thunderstorms that
produced heavy rain across the warned area have moved off to the
south. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain fell with these earlier
storms. Even though the rain has ended, runoff from the earlier
heavy rain will continue this evening. Flash flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly.
