Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive 
cars through flooded areas.

  will inundate some low-lying roads...farmlands and residential 
  areas. This level for this location on the Skagit corresponds to a 
  phase 3 flood in the Skagit County flood system.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 4:15 PM PST Friday the stage was 24.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late tonight
    to 30.3 feet tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below
    flood stage early Sunday morning to 24.6 feet and begin
    rising again Sunday afternoon. It will then rise above flood
