Warning for the following rivers in Washington...
Nisqually River Near National affecting Lewis and Pierce Counties.
.Heavy rain over the central Washington Cascades Thursday afternoon
through Friday afternoon, forecasted amounts 3 to 5 inches, will
push the Nisqually river near National over flood stage Thursday
evening. The river will remain above flood stage through Friday.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Friday evening. The river will remain above flood stage through
Friday night.
