...The National Weather Service in Seattle WA has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Washington...
Skookumchuck River Near Bucoda affecting Thurston County.
.Heavy rain has led to rises on the river with it expected to reach
and crest at minor flood stage later today. The river will recede
this afternoon and evening, falling back below flood stage tonight.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
