...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT 
SOUTHWESTERN HENRY AND SOUTHEASTERN PATRICK COUNTIES AND THE CITY OF
MARTINSVILLE...

At 106 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Penns Store, or
near Spencer, moving east at 15 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with this storm, as well as 
locally heavy rain that may caused ponding of water on roadways and 
very limited visibility. Motorists are urged to drive with extreme 
caution.
