northwestern Smyth and western Tazewell Counties through 445 PM
EDT...

At 340 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 8 miles east of Grundy to near Lebanon.
Movement was east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph.
