SOUTHWESTERN HALIFAX COUNTY...

At 1121 AM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from near Elmo to 9 miles southeast of
Roxboro. Movement was northeast at 15 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with these storms.
