The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe 
limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat as far as wind 
damage. Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire.  However 
heavy rain is still possible with this thunderstorm and a Flash 
Flood Warning remains in effect for the western part of Roanoke 
County and parts of Salem, as well as eastern Montgomery County.
