At 238 AM EDT, a thunderstorm with heavy rain was located near 
Albany, moving northeast at 30 mph.

Locations impacted include...
Athens, Albany, Chesterhill, Chauncey, Amesville, Stroud Run State
Park, Bartlett and The Plains.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may cause 
localized flooding in urban areas, highways, streets and
