* At 839 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
have fallen in the past two hours. Additional rainfall amounts of
0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1145 PM EDT THIS
EVENING FOR SOUTH CENTRAL CABELL, NORTHWESTERN LINCOLN AND CENTRAL
WAYNE COUNTIES...
At 936 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms produced heavy
rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have
fallen. The heaviest of the rain was over, with additional rainfall
amounts of less than 0.5 inches expected in the warned area. Flash
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. There were two
mudslides in Branchland, high water on Route 214 about one half of a
mile from Route 119, and a road in Fort Gay was blocked by high
water, all shortly after 9 PM. There were also rises on area streams.
