* At 641 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Rougemont, or 12 miles southeast of Roxboro,
moving east at 40 mph.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.

At 702 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located along US Highway 15 between Oxford and Stovall, moving
northeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.
