FOR NORTHEASTERN MOORE...WESTERN HARNETT AND LEE COUNTIES...
At 525 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 11 miles northwest
of Pope AFB, or 12 miles south of Sanford, moving east at 35 mph.
Another thunderstorm, capable of producing a tornado, is moving east
at 30 to 35 mph, just south of Carthage.
