For the Cape Fear...including Moncure, Lillington, Fayetteville...
Minor flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.

  to 35.9 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage 
  tomorrow evening to 30.9 feet and begin rising again early 
  Saturday morning. It will rise to 31.0 feet Saturday evening. It 
  will then fall again and remain below flood stage.
* Impact...At 32.0 feet, Action Stage. Banks begin to overflow.
* Impact...At 35.0 feet, Flood stage. The boat ramp and lower 
  parking lot at Riverside Bait and Tackle off Person Street are 
  flooded. The stage and lower seating area at the Cape Fear
