  Northeastern Morris County in northern New Jersey...

* Until 300 AM EDT.
    
* At 233 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Morris Plains, or over Morristown, moving
  northeast at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Morristown, Lincoln Park, Kinnelon, Boonton, Butler, Rockaway,
  Morris Plains, Mountain Lakes, Riverdale, Parsippany, Pequannock
  Township and Hanover Township.

at 30 mph.
