...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of central Kent County
through 1015 PM EDT...

At 944 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Rising Sun-Lebanon, or 7 miles south of Dover, moving east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
