...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northeastern Ocean
and south central Monmouth Counties through 445 PM EDT...

At 358 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Lakewood, or near Toms River. This storm was nearly stationary.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
