...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northeastern Carbon
and west central Monroe Counties through 530 PM EDT...

At 502 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Pocono Raceway, or 8 miles southwest of Mount Pocono, moving
southeast at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.
