At 216 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Pen Argyl, or 12 miles north of Easton, moving northeast at 15 mph. Wind gusts up to 45 mph and half inch hail are possible with this storm. Locations impacted include... Bangor, Pen Argyl, Wind Gap, East Bangor, Delaware Water Gap, Stormville, Columbia, Stroudsburg, Roseto, Portland and Arlington Heights. This includes the following highways... Interstate 80 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 309 and 311. Interstate 80 in New Jersey between mile markers 2 and 8. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
