* At 648 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Port Monmouth to 7 nm west of Belmar to 11 nm
  west of Pine Beach, moving east at 30 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.
