* At 246 PM EDT, a shower producing waterspouts was located over
  Seaside Park, moving southeast at 5 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and small hail.

  SOURCE...Public.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can create locally hazardous seas.

* The shower will remain over mainly open waters.

Seaside Park, moving east at 10 knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts 34 knots or greater, and small 
         hail.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can create locally hazardous seas. Small craft 
         could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly 
         higher waves.

The shower will remain over mainly open waters.
