Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most

* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage to a 
  crest of 8.6 feet early this morning. It will then fall below 
  flood stage this morning.
* Impact...At 6.5 feet, Assunpink Park floods. George Page Park 
  floods. Minor street flooding in Trenton.
* Impact...At 9.0 feet, Mulberry Street begins to flood.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 8.5
