today. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
warned area.

Easton, Mount Pocono, Forks, East Stroudsburg, Tobyhanna, Wilson,
Nazareth, Palmerton, Bangor, Jim Thorpe, Pen Argyl, and Wind Gap.
