* At 727 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 11 miles east of
  Shanor-Northvue, or 11 miles southwest of Rimersburg, moving east
  at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some 
           power outages.
