* At 543 PM EDT, Radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain 
  across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen, 
  with an additional 0.75 to 1.50 inches additional rainfall 
  expected. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

At 652 PM EDT, Radar indicated widespread showers and isolated 
thunderstorms across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of 
rain have fallen, with up to 0.75 inches additional rainfall 
possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
