.Runoff from recent heavy rain will cause the Mississippi River at 
Cape Girardeau to rise above flood stage. The river is forecast to 
rise above flood stage Monday afternoon and crest near 32.3 feet 
Tuesday. .

For the Mississippi River...including Cape Girardeau...Minor 
flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
