Southeastern Wayne County in south central Illinois...
Northwestern White County in southeastern Illinois...
* Until 400 PM CDT.
* At 204 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. The expected rainfall rate is 1
to 2 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch
are possible in the warned area. Localized higher totals are
possible. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. This same
cluster of storms produced flash flooding earlier as it moved
through Benton and Macedonia.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

AFTERNOON FOR NORTHEASTERN HAMILTON, SOUTHEASTERN WAYNE AND
NORTHWESTERN WHITE COUNTIES...
At 241 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain had mostly moved across the warned area. However, additional
nearby thunderstorms may yield more rainfall, some of it heavy,
overtop already heavy rain fallen. Expected rainfall rates in these
storms remains 1 to 2 inches in 1 hour, so additional rainfall
amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area.
