* At 1:45 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 8.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The Salt Fork Red River is expected to rise above flood 
  stage this morning to a crest of 9.1 feet this morning. It will 
  then fall below flood stage this morning.
* Impact...At 9.0 feet, Expect flooding of agricultural bottomlands 
  and isolation of other low-lying areas in Harmon... Greer... and 
  Jackson counties. No towns or highways are affected.
