* At 632 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Local media continue to report 
  instances of flooding across the warned area. Between 2 and 5 
  inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Doppler radar.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
           drainage and low lying areas.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1030 PM CDT THIS 
EVENING FOR KINGFISHER AND EAST CENTRAL BLAINE COUNTIES...

At 927 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated renewed rainfall moving into 
the warned area. Local law enforcement and emergency management have 
reported lingering flood waters on some area roadways through the 
evening, where earlier thunderstorms produced between 2 and 5 inches 
of rain. The threat of flash flooding may increase with additional 
rainfall.
