  Humphreys, Jackson, Lawrence, Lewis, Macon, Marshall, Maury, 
  Montgomery, Overton, Perry, Pickett, Putnam, Robertson, 
  Rutherford, Smith, Stewart, Sumner, Trousdale, Van Buren, Warren, 
  Wayne, White, Williamson and Wilson.

* Through late Thursday night

* Multiple rounds of heavy rainfall from 1 AM CDT Thursday through 1 
  AM CDT Friday will cause excessive rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 
  inches, with locally higher amounts of around 4 inches possible.
