* At 10:45 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 12.7 feet...or 5.3 feet below 
  flood stage.
* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage 
  Wednesday morning to a crest of 19.6 feet Thursday afternoon. It 
  will then fall below flood stage Friday afternoon.
* Impact...At 20.0 feet, Chautauqua Park begins to flood.
