Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.

* At 4:15 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 12.1 feet...or 6.9 feet below 
  flood stage.
* Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just 
  after midnight tonight to a crest of 20.2 feet tomorrow morning. 
  It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon.
* Impact...At 21.0 feet, Homes near the gage site may be threatened 
  with the flood waters.
