* At 716 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain
have already fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 2 to 3 inches
per hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.

At 837 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding in
multiple locations in Richardson county. Between 3 and 5 inches of
rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts 1 to 2 inches are
likely in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring and
has affected Highway 8 and Highway 159.
