* At 612 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain 
  have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1.5 to 3 inches in 1 
  hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are possible in 
  the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly.

EVENING FOR SOUTHEASTERN PAWNEE AND NORTHERN RICHARDSON COUNTIES...

At 834 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding in 
multiple locations in Richardson county. Between 2 and 5 inches of 
rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are 
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring and 
has affected Highway 8 and Highway 159.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

* At 1002 PM CDT, flash flooding continued across southeast northern 
  and western Richardson county, as well as southeast Pawnee county. 
  More thunderstorms were popping up across the area. Reports of 3 
  to 5 inches of rain been received, and an additional inch of rain 
  is possible.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
