  Southeastern Dakota County in east central Minnesota...
  Northeastern Rice County in south central Minnesota...

* Until 545 PM CST.
    
* At 515 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Northfield, moving northeast at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  southeastern Dakota and northeastern Rice Counties, including the
  following locations... Vermillion, Hampton, Randolph and New Trier.

Northfield, moving northeast at 40 mph.
